Ownership of work
For client engagements, IP assignment is signed before work begins and everything produced is the client’s outright, with no licence-back.
Content on this site
Case studies are published with client permission. Metrics are stated as measured, with attribution where a figure belongs to a client platform rather than to our work.
Liability
This site is provided as is. Engagement liability is defined in the engagement contract, not here.
